Situated within Avalen Farm near St Columb Major, this peaceful campsite offers a serene retreat amid Cornwall's natural countryside and open farmland. Surrounded by wild landscapes, guests can enjoy the tranquility of the area, complete with a beautiful 2-acre coarse fishing lake.

The site is set over two camping fields and includes a wealth of facilities including a library, heated swimming pool and a jam packed summer schedule including live music, animal shows, visiting theater companies and a great kids play area.
The site itself is located within a 15 min drive of both Padstow and Newquay and and within 15 min drive to many of the north coasts epic white sand beaches including Constantine, Trevone, Treyarnon, Watergate Bay and Porth to name a few.
Sustainability: Solar panel infrastructure, draws its own drinking water, use green cleaning products, recycling on site and has its own water treatment plant.
Visit websitePerfect for hikers, the Cornish Coastal path skims the southern edge of the site giving patrons direct access to the nearby beaches of Lantic Bay, Lantivet and just a hop over the estuary (via Ferry) to nearby Fowey. This is the perfect site if you're looking for splendid views, peace and quiet and a wonderful opportunity to explore this magnificent area of outstanding natural beauty.
